Good day, everyone! We have a few updates for you.
- We're postponing the open house for a few reasons involving the ice room and a broken dehumidifier. We're looking to still have one to hopefully introduce more folks to their new favorite sport, and the tentative date for that is October 4th. Please stay tuned for updates!
- League Sign-ups go LIVE at 12:00 pm on Saturday. Make sure you have paid your membership dues; you will not be able to sign up for your league until your dues are paid. (And no, e-mailing Bob doesn't count for signing up.) When you sign up for your league night, there will be a text field where you can list any teammates you have for that league.
- Please note that Special Needs and Juniors leagues will work the same as they did last year, and will NOT require website sign-up.
- New this year, we're going to open a Doubles League on Thursday Nights. While we'd love to see a bunch of "mixed" doubles teams, teams are not going to be restricted by gender requirements. So, if you're a player of the masculine-variety and can't find a partner of the feminine-variety, you can still sign up.
- We will still see if we can get an open league going on Thursday nights based on sign-ups. Currently we are planning for an open league draw time of 6:00pm, and a double league draw time of 8:00pm.
- If we do not have enough teams signed up for Thursday night open, we will move those teams to Tuesday, and move the draw time for Doubles to 6:00pm.
