Welcome Back!
It's the most wonderful time of the year: Curling Season is about to begin! The Ice Crew is hard at work getting our pond ready for the upcoming season, and our bonspiel committee is bustling away at getting things ready for our End of Summerspiel on the weekend of September 18th. Now, let's get you up to date on some club news.
Membership and League Registration
Membership registration for the 2026 Fall Season is now live! Just a reminder for how it works:
- First, you must register and pay for your membership level-- more details on that here if you need a refresher. Membership registration is live.
- Once your payment is confirmed, you will be given access to league sign-ups. As a reminder, Silver members have access to play in one league, and Gold members have access to play in as many leagues as they can sign up for.
- League sign-ups will go live on September 1st; at this point, you will be able to sign up for leagues. We will send out an e-mail to everyone accordingly.
- For Rookie Leagues, we will have a separate sign-up process.
- If you had 8 or more volunteer hours in the Winter 2026 season, you will be sent a discount code that gives you $50 off your membership dues.
- Lifetime members will automatically have access to sign up for leagues, and do not need to go through the membership due payment process.

End of Summerspiel
We still have 6 team spots open for the End of Summerspiel, and we are opening these spots up to any local teams. If you have never done a bonspiel before, this is a great opprotunity to join in on the fun (especially while even our best players are still rusty and haven't thrown a stone all summer). Volunteer Opprotunities
As always, we can use a few extra hands for the start of the season. This includes:
- Painting the ice pond and adding decals and lines
- Cleaning up the warm-room
- Providing raffle baskets, side dishes, or deserts for End of Summerspiel
- General volunteer help at End of Summerspiel
We have volunteer help sign-ups set up for both the Club Opening and End of Summerspiel at our Sign-up Genius. If you want to supply a side dish or dessert for EoSS, you can fill out this form here.
Lawn Bowls and Croquet
Hey! Did you know we now have lawn bowls and croquet in our back yard? And that you can play until the end of October?? Crazy! You can go over to their website for more information.
